Theravada - Vipassana Insight Practice as taught by the late Ajahn Naeb

Round free Insight Practice Institute is a Solitary Retreat center in Thailand for the practice of the Foundations of Mindfulness (Satipatthana) by the contemplation of material phenomena (rupa) according to the four main bodily postures (iriya-patha): walking-rupa, sitting-rupa, lying-rupa and standing-rupa; this is mindfulness regarding the body (kayanupassana-satipatthana).

You practice by yourself in your own cabin and you have interview with the practice instructor as often as needed.

If you speak Thai you can go anytime all year long. If you don't, first you need to know if the translator is available. Minimum one week.

Thai, English, Spanish and a little French

Individual cabins. Food is brought to your cabin daily twice a day.

Doctors and Hospitals are available nearby.

There is no specific cost. The place is supported by donation.

March, April and May is very hot.
